As a Project Manager, you will frequently take on the responsibility of advising and representing real estate owner, investor or user clientele.  We look for teammates that are trustworthy and reliable leaders who thrive on overcoming challenges, coordinate complex details, communicate well, and achieve the goals of each assignment while juggling multiple projects in various phases.  You’ll work with lots of different people and be involved throughout the entire life-cycle of facilities beginning with acquiring a building/site, developing a strategy, sourcing a team, overseeing design and engineering, administering construction, and transitioning a project to occupancy, as well as trouble-shooting a spectrum of existing building issues. You’ll be exposed to many different types of real estate products to include multifamily, hotels, office, retail, industrial, warehouse, self-storage, manufactured housing and more.

We desire candidates with minimum qualifications including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture or real estate;
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various project management software and online platforms;
  • At least 3 years relative working experience with proven track record as a project, construction or program manager, preferably as an owner/landlord/investor representative;
  • Hold or be seeking Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA).

This position will be based out of our Laurel, Maryland office with business travel throughout Maryland and the United States.
